1-on-1 weight training, 7 days a week, 5 AM–8 PM. Hour-long sessions tailored to you.

GROUP TRAINING
Small groups of 10 or fewer per trainer. Sessions run Monday–Friday at 6:30 PM. Unlimited access or drop-ins welcome!

NUTRTION
Nutrition is core. We create personalized, balanced plans—no fad diets—starting with an InBody scan to assess your body. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, or competition prep, we’ve got you covered.

REHAB TRAINING

PRIVATE TEEN ALL SPORTS CONDITIONING
Get a high-energy workout with expert-led sessions, designed to build strength, improve coordination, and boost confidence. Available for ages 10 and up, beginner to advanced. (Inquire if special equipment is needed for your child's sport )

POSING LESSONS
Posing lessons are the ultimate way to highlight and showcase all the hard work you've put into your fitness journey. These sessions cover essential mandatories, initial presentations, and final routines for all divisions, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the stage.
