PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is 1 hour sessions created to help you meet your fitness goals. All plans are made to suit your fitness level and desired outcome. Come work with one of our trainers to help motivate and push you to a healthier, stronger you. We train all fitness levels from anti-aging elderly clients, teenage athletes of any sport, basic fitness, strength training, toning up, weight loss, competitive powerlifting, and competitive bodybuilding.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is a key part of staying healthy. We take all the guess workout of it by creating plans that work for your body. We teach healthy balanced nutrition NO crazy fad diets. Each plan starts with an InBody body composition scan that breaks down what all you are made of(muscle mass, fat mass, water, and body fat percent). No matter your goal from weight loss, building muscle, or competition prep, we can help.

 

WELLNESS SPEAKING EVENTS

We are available for workplace, corporate, & specialty group health and wellness speaking events. In lecture, seminar, or hands-on year formats, topics of discussion can range from nutrition, health and wellness, anti-aging, vitamins & supplementation, to overall healthy living. Employee wellness seminars have shown to reduce employee absences, increased workplace satisfaction, and lowered insurance costs. Contact us today to book your event!

GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is 1 hour sessions created to help you learn proper form in a group setting. We rotate through each body part every day for a full body of workouts in each week. Groups are 8 people or under to 1 trainer. Come meet your fitness goals while creating community and accountability.

Groups Mon- Fri 5:30 am, 8:00 am 12:00 pm and 6:30 pm- Drop in welcome

 

Stretching

We now offer 15 minute and 30 minute stretching sessions! Get the most out of your workout and maximize range of motion. Benefits of stretching include increase in flexibility and range of motion to be able to get the full benefit out of every rep and exercise. It is an important factor of fitness, but also will improve posture, reduce stress, body aches, and more! You can purchase a single stretch or packages of 10!
